Staff was accommodating and great in promoting the products. I ended up getting an original clear coat screen protector. The product looked great until after about 3 days when I noticed a thick line in the middle, it looked like a thick scratch mark although the surface remained smooth (I can't figure out how it got the mark because I don't put anything on the same pocket where my I put my phone). I went back to the shopped to have it checked. They can't remove the mark and they said I need to pay half the original price of the item (as installation fee) if I want it replaced. I personally don't think that's value for money.
