Response to the customer is very bad especially in EA mall, Chennai.
Before a month, they gave me iPhone 14 bumper instead of iPhone 13 bumper and they said that they will replace it with free of cost.
Till now I didn’t get replacement and no proper response from the sales person.
Kindly consider this and take necessary action.
