They make thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars for sending you leads that are absolutely of no value. They don't vet the lead at all send it to your company and charge you hundreds for each one. Not good for business, maybe they're good for the customers looking for contractor's but they're horrible for contractor's. Take a look at the difference in positive reviews and negative ones. Something is very off about them. The negative ones are detailed and explain what's wrong with Modernize while the positive are one word reviews....... seem fake to me!!!!!
