“Absolute harassment! Called every hour around the clock . You answer & a AI machine tells you to call back during business hour's. I will reaching out to an attorney tomorrow to see what my options are to stop this harassment calls every hour”

“This company is not authorized to conduct business, and they urge you to keep making deposits even though they won't allow you take money out or close your account. They tricked me into thinking they were real and had me invest all of my savings.They insisted on receiving additional money from me before I could take my money out when I wished to. I consented and paid, but they said that I still owed money and that I should. They stopped responding to my emails because I refused to pay them after sending everything I had and had nothing left. They are wholly fraudulent. I got my investment and profit back after i reported them to AixaLtd. com through their website with evidence shows that i was scammed by Modernize.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. They won't stop calling me, I blocked the number but I still get notifications. I have called them twice and told them to stop calling and they won't stop. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I'm about to call my lawyer.”

“If I could give them a half 1/2 of a Star ⭐️I would and that would be TOO MUCH! Here’s why: I held a recorded call with Misty Whitley who stated on this introduction call that the “WARM TRANSFER” calls charged by Modernize was $100 per transfer! However, she wrote the CONTRACT stating $200 per WARM TRANSFER which was brought to my attention on Thursday, June 20th by the Onboarding Manager Sonny Perea! Sonny stated he would have to reach out to Misty! Misty called me on Friday morning, June 21st at approximately 10:17am stating that she NEVER informed me on the recorded call that WARM TRANSFERS cost $100! So I said “Well, let’s REPLAY the call back”! Misty rREFUSED! I spoke to Sonny thereafter, who has shunned away because he knows she was wrong! This is Misrepresentation! How would you like it if I told an Homeowner a FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT was $25k but wrote the Contract for $35k? Misty “Misrepresented” Modernize and they did not have the personnel to onboard any contractor as Sonny stated a profile would be ready on Monday. I asked to speak with Senior Management and they have not returned any of my calls or replied to any emails; which makes me thinks “Modernize is a Scam” to charge Contractors UNETHICAL PRICES to gain a Commission! MISTY IS SHISTY! RUN! Because if they try to CHEAT THE CONTRACTOR NOW; UPFRONT, the. They Will Cheat THE CONTRACTOR LATER; ON THE BACKEND WITH MANIPULATING number of transferred calls! I had to CORRECT SONNY on the call with his PowerPoint presentation via Zoom where his SLIDES MISCALCULATED! They think we as Contractors are TOO BUSY and can’t READ OR COUNT NUMBERS - all we know is physical labor - not administration; RIGHT FIELD - WRONG CONTRACTOR! Here’s the BIGGEST WOOL Misty tried to pull over was…..The CALL was never recorded; that’s why SHE CAN’T PLAY IT BACK AND THAT’S WHY SONNY NEVER CALLED BACK - because they do not have ANY proof Misty stated! As Misty suggested to Me “GO TO HOUZZ”. She was right because HOUZZ has more leads, don’t recycle or share AND it’s a FLAT FEE of only $500”! See attachment! Thank Me Later! Bests,”

“I would never ever do business with this companies & the people they represent. I made the mistake of asking for one quote. I didn't like the quote & got someone else. I asked them to stop calling me. They called me 2-3 times a day for 4 weeks. Didn't matter if I blocked them, itcame from a differant numbers. I asked them numerous times to stop calling. I wouldn't even get 2 words out & they would hang up. I called them back and they would say my name & I would start to say something & they would hang up. This last week I had enough and started to be rude with them. You say why did i even answer the phone? If you don't answer your phone they call over & over....I had 15 calls in a 60 minutes! Once I answered they didn't call back to the next day.”

“Liars , thief’s, and low life’s. They lie about there lifetime warranty’s to make a sale. Half ass the installation using caulking to cover up their terrible work. Then tell you through email only the truth. That you are on your own when need things fixed. Terrible company.”

“Spent thousands of dollars on windows I was told had a lifetime glass and screen warranty. 3 years later they say no warranty for broken window and they are no longer in the valley. Terrible installation as I had to personally caulk all the windows and am now stuck paying for broken glass. Do not recommend this company for any home improvements. Liars, thieves, poor craftsmanship. Just all around garbage”

“I haven't even had a chance to speak with them about anything home improvement related. They have the most harassing phone calls I have ever experienced. They call three times in a row when I am in the middle of meetings at work or at home not feeling well. I have declined their calls and they call back less than 30 seconds later. They continue to do this for two weeks. I finally lose my cool and answer the phone and yell at them. Then they wait a few months and it starts again.”
