The questions and answers were easy. However, after the first question regarding ,REPAIR or REPLACE, there were no other questions regarding repairs. Also, there was no allowance of more than one answer to the question of what needed to be checked, GENTRAL HEAT or CENTRAL A/C. My question to you is, What if both CENTRALS needed to be checked ???
