If I could give a -10 rating, I would. Ordered 3 tops on Feb 4, qualified for free shipping. On Feb 6, they told me 1 blouse was not in stock, and they put my money in an *account*. I quickly ordered another blouse to replace. They said they had already shipped the others, couldn't replace, and charged $8.56 to send it. The 1st blouses that were *shipped* spent 12 days touring around Jamaica, NY before being given to USPS to deliver. I received them, good quality, liked them, fit was good. Back to the 3rd blouse...STILL hasn't shipped...its Mar 12th...no word on when or even IF I'll get it. Sent them an email again yesterday, telling them I will dispute it with credit card company, since it showed up on my credit card statement that I received yesterday, AND will report to Better Business Bureau. They have until this afternoon to make it right. Wanna bet they don't??? I will NEVER buy from them again. If it happens once, shame on them. If it happens twice, shame on me!! BTW, the "free gift" is the junkiest of junk jewelry.
