They stole my money! As a return customer, I placed a large order totaling over $500. Once I placed the order, I received an email that the order would ship in 4-6 weeks! I felt that was unacceptable and immediately (on the same day the order was placed) contacted Modlily to cancel the order. While chatting with them, they ensured me and confirmed that the order was cancelled and the refund was being refunded. Fast forward, after a couple of months and several "chat" conversations with them, the money was never refunded! They kept telling me that they refunded the money and that the case was closed! My credit card company conducted an investigation and confirmed that the money had not been refunded. By the way, they do not have a customer service telephone number where you can speak to an actual person. You can only chat to a bot. Very unprofessional! I will never do business with them again.
