I have ordered from Modlily before and been very pleased. But I ordered and paid for a dress on 4-2-24. When I placed my order they said it was in stock but the delivery date was 6 weeks out. When the delivery date came, still no order. I have contacted them several times via their "live Chat", which seems the only way to contact them. They have promised expedited shipping, twice. I have now received 2 USPS tracking numbers. One says it should be delivered today by 11. That's a no show so far. The other says there is no status available on that tracking number. I have asked why 2 tracking numbers and the "live chat" has gone dark on me. I have asked to have my money refunded. Today 6-5, I still have no order and my money has not been refunded.
