They are completely unethical! They said they would not take my return because it had a peculiar smell. I never even tried it on!!!!! Then I exchanged an item that I then didn’t want the exchanged item and they told me because I exchanged it I could couldn’t get my money back!!! What?!?! So if I had just returned the first one and reordered the second one THEN I could return it?? That makes no sense. Then when I complained they said if I left a five star review on the item I didn’t want THEN they would consider taking the return!! That’s insane! Shut this place down!!
