I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order for 5 items. Received in 2 shipments, and returned all items in 2 shipments. Plus had to pay for the shipping labels. They sent me an email stating the first return would be refunded to my card in 10 working days. I waited 15 working days and still no refund from them. I spent too much time having several (6+) chats with CS asking for a refund for the second return. They said they submitted the request saying I would get an email in 24 hours (lies each time!) Never received an email or refund. I am out $100 that they won't refund. Cust. Service is horrible, chats only, and no phone # to talk with someone. Horrible experience, product is not quality.
