I ordered my wife five dresses. Three of them weren't what she thought they were. I followed the instructions that Modlilly sent me. Their website says the once the "returned items" are at the refunding center, my account would show the refund in five days. That was several weeks ago. Modlilly has messaged me saying that they never received the dresses. I had a return label on them and they weren't returned to me. I know they have to be at some warehouse or else someone took them as their own. I sent the dresses back in the plastic bags that had the items' numbers on them. I now have received a message that they can't be found and suggest I contact the shipping company I sent them through. It was the United States Postal Service. I am now out of around $100 and going through chemo treatments and the cost of that, I am upset I threw that much money out and that Modlilly now has my money. I will never order another item from this company. I highly suggest anyone wanting to order from them, take a serious look at to what happened to me.
