I am Totally disagree with your answer. If you have to buy a dress to wash it because someone used it and left me with sweat marks, your page should communicate that the clothes probably do not arrive in good condition and the client has to assume the expense of washing or repairing it if they want to use it. For me, this is a deception in the sale and the answer given by you is very disappointing.
