I ordered a swimsuit in mid-November for an upcoming trip. I still don't have the item. I get either an AI generated response or someone who does not speak English fluently and so to get any kind of information is impossible. My items sat in an LA shipping facility for weeks. I've contacted the USPS, who they ship through, and the package hadn't been released to postal service as of a few days ago. I keep getting responses from Modlily saying my item will be received soon but that's been going on for weeks. I will not order from this company again! The shipping takes forever and there's no actual customer service to provide real assistance.
