I ordered a dress that I knew I might return because I was uncertain it would fit. When I tried to return it today they said because it was a sale item I couldn't return it. That was not evident when I ordered or I would not have ordered it. It also arrived a couple of days later than they said it would after I paid over $20 for faster shipping (which turned out to be irrelevant because it didn't fit, but it's still noteworthy). Also, when I went to leave a negative review after the "chat" where they told me I couldn't return it, the site said I couldn't leave a review because I hadn't purchased the item--after I went to the review page from the emailed order confirmation page. Very deceptive practices. I will not deal with them again and highly recommend no one else does.
