I ordered a few things in mid-December for my February 1st vacation. Plenty of time, right? As I tracked my order, I saw shipment was stuck at USPS in Woodridge, IL.
Contacted Modlily- no phone number - where they could/would not do anything to release existing order. They resubmitted my order, only to have that also hung up at the same USPS facility.
I never received my order and was so disappointed that Modlily couldn't do more for me. They only wanted to refund me in the form of store credit which is useless since I cannot receive merchandise!! They finally refunded my payment to my original form of payment.
Soooooo disappointed because I love Modlily styles and wanted new things for my Mexico trip. Also disappointed that this dumb problem couldn't be rectified by Modlily.
