First, the items came later than expected so not in time for my trip. The fit was too small and the quality poor. When I chatted with the agent to return the items they kept trying to get me to keep them and get a coupon on the next order. I repeatedly said no, that I wanted my money back. They finally agreed and sent me a return label. The email from them gave the expected amount of return and $0.00 return fee. At first, they tried to give me store credit (after I contacted them 2 weeks later). I said I wanted my money back (again!). They gave me most of the money minus $15. I had to fight with them every day that I expected the full amount back since that was agreed upon with the original again. They would not give me that $15 back but put it on my account as credit. No fricking way will I use them again!
