This is a completely sham company. I ordered four swimsuits; two fit me, two did not. I wanted to exchange two swimsuits for other styles per the return policy. I did NOT ask for a refund, but the chatbot was an absolute disaster to deal with anyways. I finally confirmed that Modlily would allow me to return two suits (at my expense) and allow me to choose two new suits. I screenshotted the entire exchange. I asked to be sent an email of the transcript; none was sent. When I got on email, the bot said I wanted a refund of all four items. When I tried to reenter chat, I was told I would receive a response by email. Of course, no email, no way to contact them. I'm stuck with two suits that don't fit. Avoid this company at all costs.
