Terrible customer service. Will not buy from them again. Chat is horrible - Clara let me wait 45 minutes, could not find my order, would not go ask for help. Took FOREVER to get my order which was separated into 2 orders. It took over 6 weeks to get the 2nd half of my order. Terrible service. Do better Modlilly!
Still waiting on a refund. Also need to send back an item I received about a month after the rest of the order. I would exchange it but I don’t want to deal with you anymore. So disappointed in your service.
