Awful communication and customer service. I returned an item a month ago and still waiting for my credit card credit. They put a credit towards store credit which is not what I wanted. I do not want to buy anything else from this company! I've emailed and also messaged with a chat person. I actually asked if they were a bot or human. Very generic answer's to my complaint. They sent an email saying they received my barcode return and as soon as someone inspects the product they will refund my money, but in the meantime I can use a store credit....Bull!!! I want my refund!!!
