I ordered a tankini from this company for my holiday. Waited for 3 weeks and my order said it was being processed. I contacted them through chat and was told my order would be processed urgently. Nothing happened so I asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund to my original payment method. Their advisor on chat kept asking me not to cancel but I was adamant I wanted a refund. She finally agreed and said she would get my Modlily account refunded. I explained again that I didn’t want a refund to my Modlily account and would like my money returned to my original payment method. After weeks of emails, with no reply, and conversations with their chat advisors I gave up and ordered something I didn’t want just so I didn’t lose my money. The item has arrived today and to be honest I could have bought it on Shein for £5.00 but paid £28.00 from Modlily. I’ve ended up losing £11.00 in shipping costs and delivery guarantee. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, they do not care about their customers at all! I will never order from them again and I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.
