The swimsuits I ordered almost a month ago still have NOT shipped from their warehouse! Every time I attempt to chat with their customer service agents, I get the same response "I will do everything I can to expedite your order". This was a re-order from swimsuits I ordered 4 months ago. They were cheaply made, but Modlily didn't initially offer me a refund; only a replacement. This company is ripping people off. Do not waste your money... buyer beware!
I asked for a refund today (July 12, 2025), so I guess I'll see how long it takes for them to come up with another excuse. I'm going to report them to BBB.
