Complete scam.....2 years of fully paid platinum warranty....and ive just spent an hour on the phone having them tell me about EVERY fuckin loop hole they have to not help pay for anything.. Went over a pot hole and my Run flat 18 inch alloy was buckled ot was such a bad hole....to the point it instantly fucked my suspension. Snapped rh3 rubber Bush and its been officially deemed an mot failure and safety hazard.... Lying warranty bastards told me for 5 days...yes....we will pay.....get it to bmw...oh and for good measure...here is a policy and booking number for your car sir...that should help... 5 days later.....we don't cover leaving suspension...deal with it yourself and don't worry...we'll use your platinum payments to fund our office party this weekend DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING CON ARTISTS
