I have recently purchased a car which came with a plan cover level 2. As I haven't had to use the service I can't rate how good the back up is. Momentum have emailed me and 'phoned me, so at least they appear to keep contact with customers. I hope I don't have to call them out as no-one wants to have car problems but having the knowledge I can call them is certainly a bit of reassurance. I have had to update the information on my plan as the registration on the purchased vehicle has been replaced with my personalised plate. L1 GAT This has been updated on my plan.
