I have Monzo in the US. I had to dispute a transaction for which I did not receive cash back and also a cash app transaction. When I disputed the agent (Mike) took hours at a time to respond and did not inform me that my card would be blocked until after he did it. Next after asking him to remove the dispute if my card would need to be blocked, as I still needed the card and couldn’t wait 7 days for a new one, he told me that not only would my card be blocked but in fact my entire account shut down. This was with no warning or notice. Just a hours long chat. I called the us support phone number more than 10 times and they tell me there is no agent available and hang up.
