Hey there, let me tell you about my experience with SPECTRUM-CREST. I came across their website promising huge returns on investment and decided to give it a shot. But boy, was that a mistake! After depositing a significant amount of money into my account, I quickly realized that it was all a scam. The customer service was nonexistent, the trades they made on my behalf were losing money left and right, and when I tried to withdraw my funds, surprise surprise - they were nowhere to be found. I felt like such a fool for falling for their tricks. So please, learn from my mistake and steer clear of Spectrum-Crest at all costs. Don't let them scam you too!

When I attempted to submit a chargeback, I found that there was no appropriate option to title my submission. I raised a dispute with a title that seemed most relevant to my case. However, it appeared that my submission and attached documents were not reviewed, as I received a response denying my claim with no explanation. I subsequently initiated a dispute with customer service because I believe my case is eligible under the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the representatives refused to explain why my claim was deemed ineligible, and they closed my submission as well as the chat without further assistance. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. This experience has caused me to seriously consider transferring my account to another bank. Their attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable!

Do not make Monzo your primary bank account. Use a high street bank due to the fact you can't talk to anyone. DO NOT MOVE your salary to their account.

Well, they cancelled the metal cards and replaced for the regular plastic one. I don’t mind it being made of plastic. However, having a sticker on the front but not on the back makes it look cheap. It’s the Max; we paid for it, so we deserve the best product. Should be both sides covered by the burst coral colour.

I have had a Mozo account about 6 weeks. I opened it to be able to transfer funds to Coinbase. Over the weekend just after Christmas an acquaintance transferred £1500 to my Monzo account from their Chase UK account. I went to upload it to my Coinbase exchange account and Monzo stopped the transfer and froze my account. No explanation was offered. I was asked what the money was being used for. As I don't believe in banks dictating what you do with money in your account and this isn't China, I told Monzo to F/O. They then spent a week harrassing me for information which I refused to give them, then decided they were going to close my account (something I told them I planned to do anyway after my balance had been transferred). Why does it take 2-4 weeks to transfer my balance when everybody knows transfers take seconds? I predict Monzo and any other bank that dictates to its customers, will go out of business. It's not surprising cryptocurrency is so popular.

I applied for a account with photo ID. A week later I followed up asking what was going on. They told me to take a photo with my ID to my face. The next email was the below. No explanation, they even say they will not accept any applications from me. The treatment is very unfair. There are reviews saying it's fast, efficient to start an account but it's not. If you bite back and ask of the delay, it seems they just block you from getting an account. Pretty unethical. Please refrain from using this bank. Whoever is sitting behind that chair is making judgement calls on anyone that complains.

This is a request to close down my account. I can live with the loss of £2000.00 but what I can not live with is what customer service i have currently received from Monzo fraud specialists team. Who have done nothing but Harass me, Bully me, Freeze my account, which now i have bills to pay so I'm going to get fined for non payment, bad credit score, but you are protecting me from fraud, how apt that sounds. James you are the eighth person who I'm reporting to the Ombudsman for this Harassment i have received & a war veteran at that, very noble of you all. This is protection, yesterday I was so stressed & my blood pressure so high, I had to turn of my phone & computer as I was not very well. But you are protecting me, not much good if I die from all the stress you are doing to me.i have all the conversations that I will send & names of everybody who has Harassed me & who closed my account down for my own protection. You are all so self important, that their must be people who need protecting for a lot more than £2000. I will also add my messages to social media sites, to to let everyone understand how Monzo bank treat their customers when they ask a simple task as recovery of some money I made a mistake over. Sending to my partner who needed the funds to purchase another ticket to fly home having had a really bad car accident. This is not a trouble torn bandit country, it's her dual status with UK. It's Sweden. I hope you give compensation for causing me all this stress & high blood pressure which i went to the doctor about & wants to do a 24hr blood pressure connection today. I hope that you also pay my fines & explain to my suppliers why they didn't get paid today? Thank you all at Monzo for putting me & my partner through he'll this last two weeks. I do hope James you send a copy to the head of your department so it's not a total shock how I'm dragging there department & team through the Ombudsman etc.

I wish I had a zero star for Monzo. I am trying to buy a ticket and Monzo is holding the money. I have cried on the phone, sent emails and live chat and given them 3 options. The teams are obviously not looking for a solution. This is money I paid into the account not a credit card.

Monzo gave access to a third party website who charged 80 times more than the pay they wrote in the website so the money was withdrawn WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then Monzo after a process that took several months refused to reverse the payment or make refund. So in other words my money is not safe and you can get charged with WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.

When I read about people complaining about investments with no way to get their money back, it breaks my heart. Similar circumstances had happened to me, where i have lost all hope of recovering my funds and getting back my investment , but thanks to COVSECLTD.COM and their incredible assistance, I was able to find a route out through a tunnel.

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. Do not bank with MONZO if you want access to your funds when needed. They will hold your money for '2-4 weeks' over simple transactions in and out if your account. I am a business customer and still the service I've received is diabolical. They can't connect you to the relevant team so you can't speak with anyone and when a call back is requested they lie and say they couldn't get through. I'm still waiting for that call. The complaints department is no help since it's all via email and they respond with total lack of urgency, if at all. You'll be wasting your time and effort trying to conduct day to day banking with this online platform. Zero stars

I am blocked out of my bank account,lasting three days. I have not been notified, or alerted to the problem and I have been given no explanation or reason for the issue. I have not been given a reason and they don't actually know why. I am unable to use my car, stopping me from attending work. And a young child to keep fed and cared for. I have no other financial options and I am told that I just have to wait. I cannot transfer either. This is not good enough. If it's a valid security issue or privacy issue. Why don't they tell me. They don't know. This is a very concerning thought regarding the bank that has my money.
