Title: Monzo Froze My Account and Provided Incorrect Cifas Information
I have been a Monzo customer for some time, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Monzo froze my account without clear communication, and the customer service has been painfully slow in addressing my case.
They have also reported me to Cifas with incorrect information, which has severely impacted my financial standing. I cannot pay my bills, buy essential goods, or access my funds. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve seen no progress from Monzo to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a bank, especially when people's livelihoods are at stake. I am hoping that Monzo will address this complaint immediately and correct their mistakes, but for now, I advise others to stay away and be cautious
