Do not bank with MONZO if you want access to your funds when needed. They will hold your money for '2-4 weeks' over simple transactions in and out if your account. I am a business customer and still the service I've received is diabolical. They can't connect you to the relevant team so you can't speak with anyone and when a call back is requested they lie and say they couldn't get through. I'm still waiting for that call. The complaints department is no help since it's all via email and they respond with total lack of urgency, if at all. You'll be wasting your time and effort trying to conduct day to day banking with this online platform. Zero stars
