When I attempted to submit a chargeback, I found that there was no appropriate option to title my submission. I raised a dispute with a title that seemed most relevant to my case. However, it appeared that my submission and attached documents were not reviewed, as I received a response denying my claim with no explanation.
I subsequently initiated a dispute with customer service because I believe my case is eligible under the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the representatives refused to explain why my claim was deemed ineligible, and they closed my submission as well as the chat without further assistance.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. This experience has caused me to seriously consider transferring my account to another bank. Their attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable!
