Ordered birthday card and present on the 8th December for delivery on 14th December. Plenty of time to establish if there would be an issue with stock. The delivery never turned up. For the last 3 days I have received an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow, only for it not to turn up. I have today cancelled the order after contacting the company via the live chat and being informed it is actually out of stock at the moment, why did you not tell me this earlier? I have been told I will have to wait 5-10 days for the money to be returned to my account, how do they propose I
re buy the now very late card and present when they have my money?
Be interesting to see if the last delivery I ever order gets delivered on time on the 21st December.
