Daughters organised Mothers Day delivery of card and flowers. Flowers were wilted and followed advise but didn't help . Binned by Thursday. 3 emails ignored. Extremely disappointed and definitely not worth money they spent. Won't download photos for proof either

I received a Mothers Day plant which arrived half dead, a photo was attached to my first email and with no card inside allowing me to thank the sender. I immediately contacted Moonpig and was informed that I would hear from the company within 48 hours. I have now sent three emails and still have not received a response after 11 days!! Lyn Godden

My daughter sent a package of a bottle of Prosecco and a pink rose plant to arrive on Mothers Day along with the card. The package failed to arrive on Mothers Day and was found delivered around the side of my house on returning from work on the Monday. The card and Prosecco were lovely but the rose only had a couple of buds left on very dry stems with lots of petals loose in the box. It says if the pot has holes in, it is an outdoor rose which I re potted and watered but it has failed miserably. I have since planted in the garden and given it some feed but it is almost dead. This isn’t the first time I have received outdoor roses from Moonpig but each time they have died within a day or two. My daughter ordered them from Canada and I feel sad her Mother's Day gift did not provide value for money on several occasions and left her disappointed.

Received flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day. She was working away and I haven't had the heart to tell her the flowers were awful. The flowers were squashed, battered and heads were falling off. Did the preparation as stated but the next day flowers looked worse. Really disappointed and feel sorry for my daughter having to pay for flowers that were not up to standard.

My son ordered Mothers Day flowers & a card from me. When they arrived, the flowers were not fresh / up to standard & already wilting. We were both very disappointed. I contacted Moonpig & sent them a picture & they quickly agreed to replace the bouquet & apologised. My new & very stunning bouquet arru=ived the next day. An issue that was very quickly recified.

I received some flowers for Mothers Day from my daughter. I don’t know how much she spent but I wouldn’t have paid £5 for them. A real disappointment and a real rip off . I’m going to suggest to her that she does not use Moon Pig again

My son in Singapore had a card and flowers sent for Mother’s Day. They were a real disappointment. I couldn’t tell him because I didn’t want to hurt him. The flowers were dull and cheap with lots of dark evergreen foliage. I don’t know how much he spent but it was a poor showing.

My daughter who lives in America sent me a miniature red rose for Mothering Sunday. I opened the box within minutes of its arrival. When I removed the protective plastic most of the leaves were off and black in colour. I put it in a ceramic pot and could see that one rosebud had fallen off and 3 more of the stems had snapped. I put all the damaged rose buds in water but they just went brown. Now all stems are dead and only one little stem has any green on it. I am totally disappointed particularly as I don't see my daughter that often because of her living in another country.

Mother's day flowers arrived on Saturday. Followed instructions and hoped they would "freshen up". By Tuesday, having trimmed again, the roses were dead having never opened. What a disappointment for me and my son who had sent then to me. A complete waste of his money.

I received a card and bouquet of flowers from my son on Mothers Day - courier just left them on the front doorstep without ringing and not knowing if anyone was in. Then when I opened the box I was disappointed at the condition of the flowers as the outside leaves on the three roses were already turning brown, two flower heads had dropped off in the box, too much ‘green foliage’ , the white gyp was nearly dead, one of the daisy type flowers had half of its petals missing. I was pleased when I chatted online to Moonpig to complain, they agreed to send a replacement bouquet - unfortunately it turned out up two days later in the same condition as the original one. I would to order from them and Iwill pass on my experience to others.

For the second year running Moonpig have managed to ruin Mother’s Day. Last year the plant gifted to me was dead and this year the flowers and card were due to be delivered on Friday before Mothering Sunday but were delivered on Monday. Box was damaged and what flowers were included ( looked nothing like the Serenity bouquet ordered) had gone do long without water there was no reviving them. So disappointed for my daughters who organised gifts from their homes in Australia and New Zealand. In another order, a card due for delivery in NZ on 26 March has still not delivered as at 2April. Will never use again.

1 star is for the fact they were delivered on right day. Box is as left upside down on my step and upon opening a couple of large stems were broke.the sunflower and a long budding cream flower. The rest didn’t look great either. 2 days on they are all wilted and Dying. Never had a bunch of flowers do this to me. Feel sorry for my son who ordered them. I would never order flowers from there and recommend that nobody else does I spoke to Moonpig on chat but it’s my son who has to do it apparently but hedoesnt have the time. …. Gutted isn’t the word as it was my Mother’s Day gift

A Mother's day card that arrived 2 days late is not acceptable. My daughter was not happy at all. This was Moonpigs fault as somehow they FORGOT to send the card and the flowers. After my daughter chasing its missing state they sent the card by Royal mail 24hr delivery. Shame on you Moonpig ! I am submitting this as the unhappy mother.
