This reviews is about a junior sports car experience I ordered from moonpig if I could give no stars I would ordered last August for my sons birthday in September phoned to book a day couldn't get any that year was told to call back January got in contact with moonpig but couldn't get refund because it was out of the 30 day policy. I call back January to book can't get a date until the end of July and can only book a Friday if u want to do Saturday or Sunday u need to pay a extra £25 so had to take that date because the voucher runs out in August 25, Then they wanted me to pay a further £50 incase there is any scaps or bumps on the day this should be stated before you buy the voucher will never ever order a voucher again absolutely shocking service..

I ordered a card 02 Jan, 2025 which never came. It was to to suprise my girlfriend and inform her of where we are going for her birthday. I booked a nice restaurant and the plan was to give her the card with the airplane tickets in it there. The card never came!  I used the chat function on their website to reorder the card, even though I won't be able to give her the suprise in a nice setting like a restaurant as that has been and gone!! The reordered card hasn't arrived either.  They have managed to ruin plans with something so simple as not being able to get a personalised card out to me.

I've never had a problem with them before. Last order was probably a year ago. May be they have seriously gone downhill. Anyway, ordered a card and it didn't arrive. They have re-sent it and it still hasn't arrived. I doubt they're even sending them out as for 2 to get lost in transit would be very odd!

I made several successful investments with some brokers online before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. What a shocking delivery and attitude. I am seriously disabled and have a sign on the door. The delivery was just left outside and I had to phone to get help. The courier said when asked why he didn’t knock “ We dont do that” also no customer phone number just a stupid unhelpful chat line. Advice, don’t use them. Never again.

My Daughter lives in America and bought a box of Baileys chocolates for my Xmas present, the same for my Daughter, her sister. My sell by date was 30/01/25 and my Daughters was already out of date. I tasted one of the chocolates and it tasted bad, stale. I tried to upload the photos I took but it didn't work, my Daughter is really upset about this, it's Xmas for crying out loud.

My friend ordered a card and a bottle of champagne for my 60th. She placed the order on 5th December to be delivered by 7th December. My 60th was on the 9th December. Got back from shopping today 19th December to find the card in the letter box and no sign of the champagne, 12 days late, very disappointing

I love that I was able to customize cards with my favorite photos and personal messages to make unique cards!! Moonpig will print, label, stamp, and mail your card to the recipient or you can hand-write it at home or have it sent to you so you can hand deliver it. It is so convenient! I got two standard size (Christmas) cards for my kids’ teachers with their photos and names and one large size (Birthday) card for grandpa from my kids! My kids are excited to deliver the cards this week! I have photos of the cards to share but they will not upload. We love them!

Ordered my secret santa present ,after paying I was unhappy with the picture, so messaged moonpig to see if I could crop it ,they soon replied ,cancelled my order ,kept the money so I could just redo the pic without waiting for a refund or paying again which was a great help ,all this happened yesterday ,present delivered today ,wow thankyou moonpig

Your advert for funny cards popped up on my feed. They weren’t just rude, they were disgusting. Won’t be using Moonpig again. Very disappointed.

4 days after the event date, was the earliest the Moonpig bot would even acknowledge me, and still said I had to wait until 3 days, who said AI would take over the world? Asked for an advisor, then an online one appeared Adam, refund or resend, seemed like take it or leave it, probably hardened by the customer anger and frustration. Not nice to be let down by Moonpig and not for the first time.

Use Funky Pigeon instead. I have now had 2 separate occasions when the Moonpig card did not arrive. I have never had that problem with Funky Pigeon

A little bit pricey for tracked delivery of just a card. Designed my own photo card which came out lovely and the writing and symbols were bang on. Chose a large card and got 20% off at checkout as bought a jar of retro sweets as an add on gift. Got delivered on actual birthday which I d planned. Quite pricey for card but the recipient was over the moon with both so was worth it in the end Use moonpig for all occasions and would give 95% review as had a couple of delivery issues in the past ... Royal Mail can be hit and miss to he fair...Moonpig can't control this I guess....Royal Mail aren't as good as they should be...so Moonpig my 'go to' most of the time. Love the gift ideas. Would recommend 👌
