Ordered birthday card on Mon 1st Feb for my son whose birthday was on Friday 5th Feb. Got email on Wed 3rd Feb saying it was on its way.
Friday came and went with no card arriving. I have emailed Moonpig three times to complain with no response. It has now been eight days still no card. I have checked with Royal Mail and no problems there. Disgusting service non existent customer support.
