Present for my Dad's Birthday didn't turn up, and they never informed me until I got in contact with them. Terrible since it was very expensive and for that you would expect an A+ professional service, and Moonpig knew about the problem and did nothing to make good until I got in contact with them, terrible. So if you have a special person in your life that deserves a great birthday especially in these hard times, please don't put your faith in this company as they really don't seem to care. They just gave me a refund and said, Sorry here is a ten pound token to spend on our website. Thanks but No thanks, you seem to of lost the point of your responsibility of delivering loved ones messages and presents. You have lost my trust and will not be recommending your service.
