I ordered my Godson a card and attached a Gift 2 weeks ago for delivery to be made this week for his 10th Birthday on 6/3/21 only to find the Card was Stuck in Printing and the Gift was out of Stock even though it was available when I placed my order well in advance! Been on online chat to Jamie who said I could choose another item and he would send the items out on 5/3/21 but there's no guarantee of my Godson receiving this on his birthday so I've cancelled the order and deleted my Moonpig Account😢 Moonpig could have easily emailed me to ask me to choose another gift but I've had to find this out myself, not good, feel let down & will not use them again would rather use Thortful.com!
