My sons had arranged for Moonpig to deliver flowers to me on Mother's Day as we cannot see each other and they wanted to do something special, they arrived on time and I excitedly opened the box, the excitement however did not last long! The flowers, what there were of them, were in a very sorry state, heads were broken off, some were dead and others were on their last legs, shockingly bad bouquet, especially for the price! Not only was I so sad that this special and expensive gift was of very poor quality, but, I was then left with a dilemma, do I tell my boys the flowers were awful and hurt their feelings, or keep quiet and let them waste their money? I ended up telling them so they would know not to use Moonpig again. My son did contact customer service and they were very apologetic and are sending a replacement bunch, but it still doesn't really make up for upset caused.
Come on Moonpig, you need to sort this as there must be a lot of mums who didn't have the heart to let their children know that their gift was of dreadful quality!
