I ordered flowers and a card for a 50th Birthday the flowers arrived with just a card stating the Birthday card had seperated and would be sent by 1st class post. There was nothing with the flowers to say they were from me and the card did'nt arrive as arranged on the Birthday. I contacted the online customer services who simply said apologies it would arrive in 1/2 days but the Birthday will have come and gone by then. They refused to refund the card cost stating it would be received, only refunded the cost of p&p, and then they ended the chat.
What a rubbish service, i paid in advance for a pre-arranged delivery date and instead they delivered flowers with no details of who sent them and a belated birthday card. They clearly don't care about customer service!
