I placed an order for an online card - the receipient did not receive the email (all folders including spam & junk were checked). I complained on a Moonpig webchat and the resent the order which also not received (all folders checked again). I made sure I could email the address and my email was received ok. I complained on a Moonpig webchat again and all they could say was that the email was sent - they could not verify they had a delivered receipt. The webchat ended up with the Moonpig agent hanging up the chat.
Really poor service and very poor customer service - in future I will be going back to Clintons and entrusting Royal Mail to make the delivery - as they have always done sucessfully in the past
