Awful experience.
I realised I had added the incorrect postage address within seconds of placing the order
Unlike amazon, Funky Pigeon and Getting Personal once you have placed the order nobody wants to help you.
I immediately tried to chat with somebody but there were no options available and was told to email them. Then to be advised the email address online was incorrect (no fault of mine if they don't keep the website up to date)
It has cost me almost as much as the gift to have the parcel re directed
I am so disappointed and after shopping with them foe over 10 years, I won't use Moonpig again !!
