I have sent multiple cards over the last few years. 3 arrived. My family now test it out and it’s a joke. My son and my grandchildren live thousands of miles away from me, his aunts, his sisters his nieces and his friends. And you, can’t get a card to them. Any of them. Time and time again. And if we call “customer services” well they just say it’s the risk we take. No guarantee of delivery. Disappointment. Every time. We will keep buying them and taking screenshots cos it’s the only way we can keep a record. If I could score you a minus I would. Shame on you. I love the rest of the questions below. Was your delivery on time. No option for never arrived. Who made the delivery? No option for None. Was it damaged? IT NEVER ARRIVED. How many days did it take? IT NEVER ARRIVED.
