An absolute insult Here where it gets worse My family name is Delaney My mum receives the correct card But when opening her gift a mug with 4 personalised pictures of children and family members I consider to be private The mug has a picture of a foreign person saying to the best nan from ishmale And a mother and child on the front First data protection non existent Quality control no existent Customer services Still no reply Customer phone call ???????
