Previous to this experience (two years ago), I had no issue with my custom card being sent within the states.
Now, I have had not two, but three orders not ever arrive at their destination. I made two custom orders for Mother’s Day and I am still speaking with their customer support team now.
They refuse to refund me but keep providing me with a credit to use on my account. Why in the world would I use a service that have failed to deliver two cards three times.
The addresses were all correct, nothing on my end was wrong. They refused to tell me what could be happening and of course there’s no tracking within the states so no way to find out what’s happening.
If you are outside of the UK, I would definitely not recommend this service. I’m blown away with how horrible the service is. Will never use it again.
