Ordered a personalised card and present for friends on the birth of their baby.
Items arrived on time, but the personalised card contained no message whatsoever, just a bar code! As a consequence, my friends had no idea who had sent the card and present and only found out when I rang them to see if it had been delivered.
Have twice contacted Moonpig's chatline, stating the order number. Both times I have been cut off after being told that they cannot do anything about it because they don't have a photo of the card in question ... which I can't provide of course because it has been sent to my friends! I have provided the order number, but this is apparently not enough. I'm not seeking compensation, I just want the card I ordered and paid for to be delivered with the appropriate wording.
To add insult to injury, it is impossible to reply to their chat line because there is no Send Button on the screen. Tried to speak to someone by telephone, but had a message saying that number I have dialled (on their website) has not been recognised!!!
Have used Moonpig for years, but will definitely not be using them again. There are plenty of good alternatives and I will be using them in future.
