Ordered a personalised birthday card today, a whopping £11.99 noticed in time they added £30 for an item ai did not order and found myself signed up to their monthly £14.99 subscription just by clicking the voucher offer. Obviously didn’t want that, went on live chat, but you can only leave 1 message, receive their reply, and chat is closed. You need to log out, log in again and start another chat, think they’ve cancelled the subscription, offered me a refund of £1.1. 99 ..but that’s not even the the correct price, if they haven’t cancelled it I’ll do through my bank.
