I ordered chocolates and card for my mum
for Mother’s Day. The box turned up without the chocolates. I contacted Moonpig using live chat which was useless. The advisor said that there was nothing they could do as the label on the box showed that the box weighed 200g when it was packed which meant that the item must have been in the box. I disputed this and the advisor ended the chat. I contacted moonpig for a second time and received the same response. If they do this to even a few customers they are making a lot of money for doing nothing and are ripping off children.
