I ordered a card And Prosecco well in advance for delivery Friday 10th March. I received an email on the Friday 10th March advising that the delivery had missed the post but to be assured it was being sent out that day and would arrive the next day.
Not to be hasty I left it a few days but by Wednesday 15th the item still had not arrived. I checked my order online which was showing as:currently being printed and due for dispatch on 9-3-2023. So I contacted them. This was their response:

I was asked for feedback on my recent contact with customer services which needless to say was not positive.
I still have not heard back and my items still have not been delivered.
