Absolutely disgusted with Moonpig. I will never use them again.
My Husband ordered flowers & a card for his Mother for Mother’s Day. Plenty of notice given. They took the money, but we’ve had to spend 2 days trying to find out where the flowers & card was. First call when Moonpig decided to answer their phone was on Sunday morning. (19th March) and we were told the flowers were lost in transit! RUBBISH…..the order hadn’t even been processed!
Moonpig, if you can’t deliver on expectations or you have issues with supply chain, don’t offer the service in the first place! Absolutely disgusting. Only offered a refund, or the flowers and card to be sent 2 days late, without any apologetic email or reason from the woman who took the call. Basically…..she couldn’t be arsed. 😔
