Having ordered a bouquet of flowers and paying extra for a larger bunch and extra for delivery I expected the flowers to be delivered not abandoned on the doorstep! I also expected them to vaguely resemble the picture online. How stupid of me! The flowers delivered were pathetic! Poor size, poor quality and frankly I was just embarrassed to have sent them at all!!! When I contacted "customer service" I got a cut and paste response about how you need to care for your flowers and to send further pictures in 24-48 hours to indicate the quality of the flowers then!
I can see it now! "Hello friend, I'm still sorry for your loss but could I possibly intrude on your grief to take some more pictures of the embarrassing bunch of garage quality flowers we sent you!"
Bravo MoonPig, you have managed to completely remove any possibility for someone to complain about your exceedingly poor products! All I wanted was an apology and to be assured that what had been sent was not the usual standard!
We will never use this service again and will be sure to pass on that warning at every given opportunity.
