I ordered a high value £15 big card on a Thursday - got Royal Mail note to say sent to wrong depot. Planned for Sat delivery arrived Tue midday, RM even left it with an unknown neighbour. Had a long call centre chat to get my money back. Blanked by Centre. Escalated complaint and their marketing Dept still refusing refund. It is not 1-2 day delivery. Be warned - I think the Anti-Christ of marketing must be in charge. Things seem to be awry - is anyone really in charge with a logical marketing brain? You decide - read
