Ridiculously expensive delivery costs for small overpriced gifts (they tried to charge £4.99 for Each of three small gifts being sent to the same UK address = £14.97 !!!)
Cancelled my Moonpig plus account with 9 months remaining (and have not been given any money back), now using funky pigeon for cards and Amazon prime for presents.
