A Mother's day card that arrived 2 days late is not acceptable. My daughter was not happy at all. This was Moonpigs fault as somehow they FORGOT to send the card and the flowers. After my daughter chasing its missing state they sent the card by Royal mail 24hr delivery.
Shame on you Moonpig !
