Garbage firm, late delivery, no customer support. Item arrived 4 days after it should have then turned out to be not was was ordered. Emails sent to help line no answer. Email sent to managing director, so far no answer or any offer of compensation for a ruined birthday or cheaper substitute supplied. Keep clear find another firm.
Just to let you all know Photo box is the parent company of moon pig, looking at these horrendous reviews I feel the CEO of photo box should be informed of the 20% scathing reviews.
